Yarn Nook (yarnnook.app) is run by Monette Technology Group LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the games collect, why, and how you can remove it.
Playing as a guest
You can play without signing in. We create an anonymous guest account so your progress can be saved. It isn't linked to your name or email.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us. We use them only to sign you in and keep your progress on your account. We never post anything to your Google account.
What we store
- Your game progress and the stars you earn on each level
- Your Stitches: what you've earned and spent
- Your nickname. It's made up for you, and it's the only thing other players see.
- Your leaderboard entries
This is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in the United States. The games also keep a copy of your progress in your browser, so you can play offline.
Ads and tracking
The games have no ads and no tracking or analytics right now. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Selling data
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that run the games (Supabase for storage, and Google if you sign in with Google).
Deleting your account
On the Yarn Nook games page, open your account (the button with your name), then tap Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and all of your data: progress, stars, Stitches, nickname and leaderboard entries.
